Limited Warranty

The limited warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in all of the Ergosource Products for the stated warranty period from the date of delivery. Ergosource will repair or replace any Product, which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship during the limited warranty period. This limited warranty does not apply to any damage caused by a carrier, nor to any alterations of the Product not expressly authorized by Ergosource and in conformity with applicable Product specifications and use limitations.

This limited warranty does not extend to any Products which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, acts of God or other contingencies beyond Ergosource’s control, or as the result of service or modification by anyone other than Ergosource.

EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, ERGOSOURCE MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES AS TO ANY PRODUCT, AND, IN PARTICULAR, MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The remedies of the Purchaser set forth herein are exclusive, and the total liability of Ergosource with respect to the Products furnished, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, indemnity, strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price for the Products upon which such liability is based.

ERGOSOURCE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY DEFECT IN, FAILURE OF, OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCTS FURNISHED HEREUNDER, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE IS BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, INDEMNITY, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. Ergosource shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages even if the limited remedy afforded herein fails of its essential purpose; the express intent of the parties being that the risk of all such loss or damage shall be borne the Purchaser and/or Purchaser’s insurer.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Procedures: 

Orders are shipped by UPS or freight carrier in the 48 contiguous states (Alaska & Hawaii are extra) with shipping and handling charges added, whether prepaid or invoiced. UPS Next Day and Second Day delivery available upon request. Additional charges will apply.

Our lifts and other accessories currently ship (with a few exceptions) via UPS Ground, our complete desks, workbenches (with/without tops) frequently ship via freight truck.

Online Shipping Rates

Common carrier deliveries to addresses with a loading dock receive a discounted rate of calculated based on weight.  Items on sale also qualify for the discounted freight rate.

The following products are eligible for discounted freight shipping:


Computer desks orders placed online ship for $99 per desk. Computer desk deliveries to addresses without a loading dock are subject to a noncommercial delivery charge of $199.00.


1. Freight may not apply to items on sale.

2. Freight rate covers ltl (less than truckload) freight charges that are delivered to a loading dock.

3. Benches and table frames qualify

4. Orders must be placed online and be prepaid by credit card.

5. Delivery must be made to the lower 48 states. (Additional charges will apply to restricted delivery zones such as NY, LA, AK, HI & etc.)

6. Additional charge of $199.00 for residential deliveries will apply. (This charge covers residential delivery, scheduling a call and liftgate truck). Call for additional services.

7. Re-delivery charges are customers responsibility.

Deliveries to addresses without a loading dock are subject to a noncommercial delivery charge of $199.00.  The noncommercial delivery service charge includes the following:

  • Delivery to a non-commercial address
  • Delivery to a residential address
  • Lift gate truck
  • Phone call to schedule your delivery

*Failure to be present for a scheduled delivery may result in additional re-delivery charges. these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Minimum Order:

A $10.00 handling charge will be added to net total orders of less than $50.00.

Return Policy:

A “Return Goods Authorization” (RMA) number must be obtained for all returns. Returned merchandise must include our packing slip and must be returned in its original packaging and must be received in resalable condition to ensure proper credit. Returns must be made via a traceable form such as Fed Ex, UPS or insured mail. Purchases returned after 14 Days will have a 25% Restocking Fee. Custom orders may not be returned and are non-refundable. Mutiple/Quantity orders may not be returned and are non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days. No exception without prior authorization from Ergosource. All shipping charges associated with returned merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. All refunds are made via an Ergosource Company check regardless of customers payment method. For complete instructions call 952-404-1969.

Orders must be prepaid – Visa, MasterCard, Draft or Wire. Call for details. Payments must be made in US funds.


Online purchases are credit card or PayPal only.

Payment must be in U.S. Dollars. No Third Party Billing. We do not handle insurance billing.
